ONTON Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

1.1 Welcome to ONTON: ONTON is an event management, ticketing, and verified attendance platform available on the Web and as a Telegram Mini App across the TON ecosystem. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ONTON, including creating, managing, and attending events.

1.2 Independent Entity & Platform Sovereignty: ONTON operates as an independent technology company and retains 100% ownership and operational sovereignty over all platform intellectual property, software code, domains (onton.live, app.onton.live), and official bots (@theontonbot).

2. Core Platform Capabilities

2.1 Free Events: Organizers can create and publish free RSVP and approval-gated events with a 0% platform fee forever, check in guests at the door using 20-second rotating anti-fraud QR passes, and issue verifiable attendance badges (free cryptographic cSBT badges and optional on-chain SBT credentials).

2.2 Paid Tickets & 100% Post-Event Escrow: Organizers may sell event tickets using GRAM (TON), USDT, and Telegram Stars. To protect attendees against event cancellation or fraud, buyer funds are held in 100% post-event escrow until the event concludes plus a 24-hour verification window before organizer settlement.

2.3 Non-Custodial Web3 Features & Utility Scope: ONTON never takes custody of user private keys. All TON wallet interactions (crypto ticket checkout, on-chain SBT minting, TBook FairLock vesting claims, and staking) are executed directly by your connected wallet via TonConnect. ONION ($ONIT) and ONTON Points are strictly ecosystem utility and community governance instruments; they do not represent equity, shares, ownership, securities, or guaranteed financial returns in ONTON.

3. User & Organizer Responsibilities

3.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use ONTON.

3.2 Account & Wallet Security: You are responsible for safeguarding access to your linked Telegram account, email, Google account, and non-custodial TON wallet.

3.3 Event Accuracy & Organizer Policy: Organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their event descriptions, schedules, venue safety, and admission rules. Unlicensed lotteries or gambling pools, encouraging multi-account participation (sybil farming), soliciting seed phrases, or requesting off-platform DM payments outside official ONTON checkout are strictly prohibited. Paid events may not exceed 7 days in duration.

4. Fees and Settlement

4.1 Free Events: 0% platform fee forever.

4.2 Paid Tickets: The standard platform service fee is 3% on GRAM (TON) and USDT crypto tickets and 5% on Telegram Stars tickets, or 2.5% on the Pro Organizer Fee Tier (unlocked automatically upon earning 500 ONTON Points or holding/staking at least 10,000 $ONIT).

5. Intellectual Property & Limitation of Liability

5.1 Platform IP & Event Listings: ONTON and its concentric electric-blue brand marks, logos, and software are owned by ONTON. By publishing an event on ONTON, you grant ONTON a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote your event listing across the platform directory and transactional notifications.

5.2 Disclaimer & Liability Cap: ONTON is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ONTON shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, third-party event organizer conduct, or the execution of public TON blockchain networks and external smart contracts.
